They came, they sang, they conquered!  The final installment of the Maroon 5 VEVO Summer Sets is here.  The final two videos are Maroon 5 classics that made us fall in love with their sound from the beginning with “This Love” and “Harder To Breathe”.  The whole performance was a once in a lifetime experience for Maroon 5 fans as the band rocked the rooftop stage overlooking the beautiful New York City skyline.  Enjoy the experience as VEVO takes you there front row, and be sure to be on the lookout for their new album Hands All Over to have some of these new classics like “Give a Little More” and “Misery” in your Maroon 5 collection.

The Essence Music Festival is an annual music festival that celebrates African American music and culture.  Dating back since 1995, the festival has been home to some of the biggest musical acts, with more recent headliners being Beyonce Knowles and this year’s festival queen, Janet Jackson. Having taken place from July 2-4 in New Orleans, Louisiana, where it is held every year (with the exception of 2006 where it was relocated to Houston, Texas as a result of Hurricane Katrina), this year’s festival has been the most attended to date, selling out the entire Louisiana Superdome.

While at the festival, we managed to snag up a couple of the special performances from various acts such as Trey Songz, Raphael Saadiq, LL Cool J, Jill Scott, Mint Condition, Chrisette Michele, and the ever so talented Janet Jackson.  Take some time out of your day to watch some of these soulful energetic performances and chill out with Earth, Wind and Fire to hear what the festival means to them.

The second part of Maroon 5‘s Summer Set has just come out!  While part one featured their new single “Misery,” part two showcases an unreleased track, “Give a Little More,” which is also off their upcoming album Hands All Over.  Don’t forget to check out their performances of “Wake Up Call” and “Makes Me Wonder” from their last album It Wont Be Soon Before Long.

To refresh your memory, this concert was played on the roof top of the exclusive Empire Hotel right in the heart of New York City.  You can see the sunset behind Maroon 5, along with the skyscrapers of New York City.  With only a handful of people in the crowd the concert has an intimate and personal feel, even though you can literally see the hustle and bustle of the big city life just below.

We cannot get enough of Enrique Iglesias here at VEVO, especially after we featured him in the latest episode of VEVO 24′s.  We followed him around during a busy day of promoting his new bilingual album Euphoria, featuring the single I Like It (click on the link to check out his music video featuring Jersey Shore!).

Enrique Iglesias lets us catch a glimpse of the rock-star lifestyle, but he also shows us a work ethic that has allowed him to be successful for over 15 years.  He gives us a little more information about his album, who he collaborated with and what makes him especially excited about Euphoria.  He also gives a little shout out to his fans, and how much he really appreciates them.
